Our exterior wall coating boasts a “lotus effect” – a super-hydrophobic surface inspired by the water-repellent lotus leaf. Rain simply beads up and rolls off, minimising water absorption. Independent tests confirm a 93.4% reduction in water absorption, meeting the stringent BS EN ISO 7783:2011 standard for water vapour resistance.

Reduced Heat Loss

Hygrothermal chamber testing, simulating real-world heat-rain cycles (EAD 090062-00-0404), revealed a significant reduction in heat loss compared to uncoated walls. Uncoated walls experienced an average 6°C increase in heat loss, highlighting the effectiveness of our coating in maintaining a warm and energy-efficient home.

Prevent & Protect

Our exterior wall coating not only improves the appearance of the building, it helps to maintain and protect it in the long term.

It mimics the lotus leaf by creating a self-cleaning surface. Dirt particles are unable to gain a foothold on ProPERLA-treated surfaces and will simply flow off with rainfall.

The growth of moss, algae, and lichens is deterred due to the dry surface created by the wall coating.

Helps to prevent discolouration.

Similarly, it slows the ageing or breakdown of the building’s surface by helping to protect it from the damaging effects of the weather, including wind-driven rain, frost, high air humidity, and salt-laden air.

Performance is unaffected by UV rays.
